Join a team that has been identified in the top 15 of all brokerage and banks in Barron's since 2008. Operations Associate Responsibilities: Maintain client information in our records database. Accurately complete required paperwork for new client accounts or for additional investments for our existing clients. Draft, review, or edit client correspondence for the Advisors, if needed. Conduct client meetings, face-to-face, to complete the required paperwork (as training progresses). Provide relief for the front desk, when needed, and greet clients by providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or similar field of study is preferred Minimum of two years in a general office environment Computer literacy to easily learn new programs A satisfactory working knowledge of Microsoft Excel A natural acumen for numbers The desire to conduct research The ability to handle multiple tasks and handle stress A genuine interest in the financial services industry Benefits: In exchange for your expertise, we offer a base salary, bonus potential, 401(k) plus matching, health benefits, and a great working environment in the San Rafael area.
