Summary The role of the Transitions Associate is to assist the Transition & Training Manager in planning, executing and finalizing Advisor transitions according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to achieve successful transitions. Candidate must also be able to help manage multiple projects by being responsible for project's objectives, quality control and execution throughout the project life cycle. Responsibilities Assist the Transition & Training Manager with project development from beginning to end. Assist in defining project scope, goals and deliverables that must be completed to coordinate and execute successful Advisor transitions Assist in the development of full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Update and communicate the completion of project tasks to ensure completion at expected timelines. Support to identify and help resolve issues and conflicts with offices transitioning to CIA and within the project team. Help create and establish new processes to enhance and streamline the advisor transition experience. Help develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations if necessary. Help to proactively identify needed changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and help devise contingency plans. Participate in project post mortems in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in the financial industry required Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or similar field of study preferred Knowledge of Financial Advisor office tools (i.e. Goldmine, Redtail, SalesForce, etc) preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook The ability to handle multiple tasks and handle stress A genuine interest in the financial services industry Knowledge of project management processes Administrative/Technical Skills Analytical and research skills Attention to details Compile statistics and reports Planning and organizational skills Project and time management skills Manage multiple projects with precision Written and verbal communication skills Occasional Travel Benefits: In exchange for your expertise, we offer a base salary, bonus potential, 401(k) plus matching, health benefits, and a great working environment in a newer professional West Omaha office location.
