We are looking for a motivated, professional, and energetic individual with experience in a wide variety of research functions. Senior Equity Analyst We are seeking a dynamic individual to conduct fundamental equity research by performing the following: Compile financial, operational, market and competitive data on targeted companies Build detailed financial models Author company specific and industry research reports Presenter to Investment Committee or Board Monitor developments with companies and targeted sectors Interview selected company's management teams, including competitors and other industry contacts (e.g. suppliers and customers) Screen for new investment ideas/strategies Assist Director of Research with macroeconomic and industry trends Requirements: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred 3 - 5 years related experience Professional designation such as CFP or CFA or candidates for these designations are desirable as are a strong background in finance and/or accounting Proven verbal and written communication skills High level of experience in analyzing company financial statements as well as strong writing skills Professional background in an outside field such as science, engineering, agriculture is a plus Proficient with spreadsheets, including Excel, for balance sheets and P/L analysis is essential Benefits: In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary depending on experience, 401k plus matching, health benefits and a great working environment in one of the newer professional West Omaha office locations.
