PAA Relationship Manager
Relationship Manager Peak Advisor Alliance, a fast-paced financial services coaching and consulting company, is seeking a Relationship Manager to help us engage and help our growing community of financial advisor clients. The Relationship Manager is responsible for on-boarding new clients, ongoing client service support, implementation support, and business consulting to our financial advisor clients to monitor and ensure their engagement in our self-paced programs. We're looking for a driven individual with experience in the financial services space who gets a charge from delivering world-class client service and helping people succeed. Responsibilities and activities for this position include: 1) Conduct initial calls with all new clients to walk through our web site, provide an overview of our content, ensure expectations are understood, and address any questions. 2) Conduct ongoing quarterly calls with clients. Act as a resource by identifying needs and steering them to the appropriate content. 3) Keep client retention top of mind by developing and executing activities and programs specifically designed to improve membership satisfaction and retention. 4) Obtain key practice metrics from clients on an annual basis. 5) Stay educated and well-versed on the content available to our clients. Provide suggestions for enhancements to content based on client feedback. 6) Identify opportunities for clients to upgrade to our Coaching Program and introduce those clients to Peak Advisor Alliance's business development professionals. 7) Handle e-mail correspondence with clients to address questions and act as primary point of contact. 8) Travel two to three times per year for approximately two nights to attend Peak Advisor Alliance events for clients and prospective clients. Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications and skills: 1) Excellent interpersonal skills and an extraordinary client service orientation. 2) The ability to engage clients over the telephone and establish rapport. 3) Strong writing skills in order to effectively communicate with clients over e-mail. 4) Time management and prioritization skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. 5) Technical aptitude to navigate web sites proficiently and easily. 6) Strong PC skills and expertise in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with contact management software a plus. 7) A genuine interest in helping people succeed and reach their fullest potential. 8) Strong attention to detail. 9) Experience working in and a strong interest in the financial services industry. 10) A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
