Relationship Manager / Associate Wealth Advisor

Our experienced, dedicated wealth management team is responsible for over $3 billion in Assets Under Advisement for high net worth families, business owners, professional athletes and institutions. We offer our clients Portfolio Management, Wealth Planning, Risk Management, Estate Planning and Tax Planning. We are seeking a motivated and energetic professional to assume the role of Relationship Manager/ Associate Wealth Advisor in our San Rafael, CA office. We need an individual with a great attitude who is detail-oriented, passionate about service and a problem solver. Possess an extremely high level of personal and professional integrity and have the ability to interact in person, and on the telephone with our high net worth client base who expect superior and personalized client service. Description The Relationship Manager/Associate Wealth Advisor is an integral part of the organization. They will provide financial planning and relationship management to the firm's small to mid-size clients, approximate account size is $500K to $750K. This will allow the Senior Wealth Advisor to focus on the more complex client situations. Candidate must be high energy person. Responsibilities & Activities Provide positive and professional service to the client base assigned Handle all communication with the client base including phone calls, emails and meetings Attend all client meetings and be responsible for all follow up activities Build and maintain a relationship with the client base with the main focus on service and operations Assist in developing annual client review materials Assist the Senior Wealth Advisor as requested Interact with the firms operations team on all planning and follow up Develop and maintain written systems of all activities Attend all training and information sharing meetings scheduled for the operations team Maintain all continuing education requirements of a wealth advisor plus required training elements Attend all firm client events Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people Excellent organizational and time management skills A burning desire to succeed Ability to handle multiple tasks and handle stress FINRA Series 7, 63 Clean U-4 and U-5 history Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred CFP designation preferred 3 to 5 or more years of investment advisory and/or sales experience preferred Benefits: In exchange for your expertise, we offer a base salary, bonus potential, 401(k) plus matching, health benefits, and a great working environment.
