Director of First Impressions/Marketing Assistant - Strategic Wealth
The Director of First Impressions is responsible for front desk operation, including greeting clients, answering and routing calls, and the set up and cleanup of conference rooms. The position also provides back-up for other administrative staff with tasks and projects as assigned. As Marketing Assistant he/she is responsible for routine client communications including birthdays, random acts of kindness, newsletters, client events, and assisting the CEO in ongoing organization of business development efforts.
