Summary
The role of the Network Manager is to provide technical administration and project execution for the infrastructure components that support the business. This includes network and server administration, maintaining Information Security posture, and project execution. Coordination of project efforts, providing technical support end-to-end, capacity planning, and data protection are also required. The Network Manager will be responsible for all network components’ health and the operation of day-to-day technical support for the organization.

Responsibilities
- Provide problem resolution for desktop computers, printers, servers, and networking equipment
- Maintain Information Security posture to include patch and incident management, system monitoring, and data protection.
- Maintain all network hardware and software
- Monitor system capacity and hardware lifecycle – provide architectural and budgetary recommendations
- Coordinate with business units to understand needs and provide solutions to meet requirements
- Develop, maintain, and test Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans
- Provide business users with training and guidance on office productivity applications
- Maintain 3rd party relationships – negotiate with consultants and assure delivery of services
- Telephony system administration
Experience/Skills
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Self-starter, strong sense of urgency
- Minimum 5 years of network/server engineering experience
- Active Directory administration expertise
- Minimum 3 years experience of Cisco device configuration and support
- Minimum 3 years experience of VMware systems administration
- Technical Project management
