Overview
The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and design websites based on a template platform. You also will have the opportunity to create new custom and template designs to be featured in our template library for our advisor clients. Duties include assisting clients in creating their websites, modifying their existing websites, and collaborating with our marketing team to deliver a finished digital brand experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of creativity, technical skills, and must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in web design or related field; or equivalent professional work experience
- A positive, innovative, energizing, collaborative work style is required
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, customers, and various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and manage multiple competing priorities
- Skill in clear and effective verbal and written communications
- Must be artistic and well as computer savvy
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Excellent understanding of visual design, interaction design, and user interface development
- Must know basic web programming languages, including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
- Proficiency in the Adobe® Creative Suite® including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Must know how to use Adobe Dreamweaver, Sublime, or equivalent product
- Skill in strong work/project organization and planning
- Knowledge of multi-browser testing
- Knowledge of responsive website design
- Financial services industry knowledge a plus
