Responsibilities:
- Manage projects taking initial lead to help determine scope, schedule for project completion, resources, objectives, measurable goals and managing day to day activities to successfully complete the project in collaboration with Senior Management of CWMG.
- Monitor the progress of the project; making adjustments as needed with approval from project owner.
- Provide updates to project owner on overall status of project.
- Document and maintain workflows and procedure documents throughout project
- Schedule meetings as needed with groups or individuals to obtain resources needed for project, subject matter expert assistance, etc.
- With assistance from Sr. Managers, establish a communication schedule to update key partners and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor the progress of the project; making adjustments as needed with approval from project owner
- Ensure overall quality of project is meeting standards of Carson Wealth Management Group
- Assist with development of quality control measures within the procedure or next day review
- Other project duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or similar field of study is preferred
- Previous successful project management experience required
- Experience with documentation of operational procedures required
- Six Sigma certification with preferred master black belt or black belt level desired
- Financial Services background preferred
- Computer literacy to easily learn new programs
- A natural acumen for numbers
